In principle, the stopper posit ion wil l be recommended in accor dance wit h board length.
Pr essing App ly butt on af ter changing board length, st opper posit ion will be changed (if
necessary). I f this val ue isn' t sat isfied, press Drop List (cal led as Combo Box) butt on t o
change the value. At t his t ime, pay att ention to change all the front/ rear stat ions if you don' t
int end t o change t he f r ont /rear stopper posit ion. When you change the St opper position
again, press Teach butt on t o confirm t he changed positi on.

Rest rain of Mo ving St opper Funct ion
Some users t hink t he Moving St opper Functi on t r oublesome. At t hi s ti me, t his f unct ion can
be r estrained. When pressing Co nv.(F3) in Sys. Setup menu, t he f ollowing dialogue box will
be di splayed. Select the Fixed, and the stopper wil l be locked on the selected posi tion, and
the value won' t change even if t he board l engt h is changed.

Reposi t ioning of Moving Sto pper Posi t i o n
If the st opper posi tion is missed so t he Fi ducial mar k gets rid of t he sear ching range that
Teach can' t be per f ormed, corr ect directly the Stop per X in Co nveyor Cali bration /
Confi guratio n dialogue box or designate the posit ion by use of t eaching box. In case of the
PCB pr ogram which has been working by use of this st opper, however , t he origi nal point i s
changed as much as t he moving distance. This procedur e is same t o existi ng CP series
except t he stopper number i s omit ted from Drop l ist. At this time, pay at tenti on t he St o pper
X value is f or cor ner posit ion whi ch cont act s wit h board as like CP series not f or F iduci al
mark posit ion on stopper upper face. Then press Teach butt on.

For r ef erence, if Stopp er X value is changed, Board Po sitio nin g Sensor X value will be
also changed. On the cont r ary, even if Bo ar d Posi t i oni ng Sensor X value i s changed,
St o pper X value won' t be changed.
