三星cp40开机MMI软件进不去

When I start the machine, Samsung CP40MMI can’t loading finish,
Then I saw the message”Not allowed while placing or PAUSE, FREEZE status”, I press “OK”,
Then I saw the message “Failed to create empty document”, I press “OK”

Then I saw the message “Exits from windows”
