1. Backup MMI fold of the existing equipment into D or E drive.8 O) E! S2 u5 ~0 f
2. Disconnect old SBC from rack." v* j2 b0 x2 e& B" J+ s
3. Disconnect cooler and memory from old SBC.
/ Q$ d8 {; T' m+ F% y0 X+ b4. Install new CPU at new SBC and assemble cooler disconnected from the existing SBC.- D7 a( H0 B2 T* I3 D8 w: C
(Never use Intel Cooler included in the box CPU because of weak durability.)
& d- W' w% V; l1 T) d4 J( _5. Mount the memory disconnected from old SBC.
% j: k% j9 b8 R1 f. C2 }( T' H6. Assemble SBC at rack and install the supplied Com Port bracket, if the facility uses IT,% J5 U4 o4 y5 R; W1 J/ a/ b
and connect it to SBC Com Port Connector.
* _" |2 m' o8 Z* P6 C' y; Y7. Receive SM400 Series XP Embedded SP3 ISO file from KT Hard, built Recovery DVD, and
8 |( K5 z' R8 ^9 ?9 Kthen install only OS at C drive of hard disk.( J, K! h, {1 X" \6 c, X. Y0 y5 t
8. After a completion of Recovery and PnP process, reboot again and install MMI.2 g7 K" q2 `' D
9. Overwrite system/PCB folder of back-up MMI into C:\SmartMMI.
